The Heritage Hamper
Mongra saffron and Kashmiri honey in glass, a pouch of kahwa blended with saffron and cardamom, and nine compartments of walnut kernel, almonds, cashews, pistachios, golden raisins and dried figs — in a lined wooden case. This is the one people send abroad.
Everything the valley is known for, in one case, with nothing in it we did not buy ourselves.

Akhrot
Thin-shelled enough to crack in your hand. Keeps far longer than shelled kernel.

Black cumin from the high meadows. Finer, darker and far stronger than ordinary jeera.
