Zaitoon
Extra virgin means the first pressing and nothing after it — no second extraction, no blending with refined oil, which is what most cheap olive oil in the market is. Half the houses that buy it here cook with it and the other half do not; both are correct.
Cheap olive oil is almost never what the label says. Read ours and then read theirs.

These are made in small batches from the same saffron, walnut and almond sold at the front of the shop, so the rate follows what those cost that week. We quote what it costs today rather than print a number we would have to keep correcting.
